Every plan includes support, and it is answered by the people who wrote the software. Tell us the camera, the control path and what the move was doing, and the first reply is usually the one that helps.
What support covers
A flight is an authored camera move, with a planned route, framing and pace from departure through landing. Support covers getting a camera talking to the software, setting it up, composing and rehearsing flights, controller and joystick setups, and a straight answer when a camera or a control path cannot do what you want. A refusal with a named reason is part of the promise, and so is help working out what to do next.
It does not cover your network, your switcher or your streaming platform, though we will tell you what we can see from our side when a problem sits at that boundary.
How to reach us today
Use the check-your-setup form and say that it is a support question. Include the camera make and model, how it is controlled, the computer and its operating system, what you were doing and what the camera did instead.
A published support address is coming and will be on this page when it is confirmed. If a partner installed your room, call them first: they hold the room's history and they reach us directly.
Releases and what changes
Release notes for each version are published here, so you can read what changed before you update a machine that has a show on it. Until that page is live, ask through the form and we will tell you what the current version changes.
Point upgrades are every release in the same major version. On the owned plan they come with the license for three years from the purchase date; on monthly and annual they come with the plan.
Billing and cancellation
The billing link lives in your account and in your confirmation email, and the merchant of record shows tax at checkout for your location.
Tell us before your evaluation ends and nothing is charged. After a paid term begins, cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues through the term you paid for. If you bought through a partner, they hold the billing relationship and we tell you so plainly rather than sending you in a circle.
