Tell us about your room, or about your business.
Three routes, and each one reaches a person. Which form you use decides who reads it first and how fast you get a useful answer.
You have a room and cameras
Use the check-your-setup form. Give us the camera makes and models, how they are controlled, the computer that will run the software, and what you want the camerawork to do.
We answer with the compatibility tier that applies to your room and, if you want one, a fourteen-day evaluation planned around a rehearsal and two productions. Nothing starts and nothing is charged from that form.
You sell, install or hire out AV
Use the partner form on the partners pages. It asks for your company, your role, the segments you serve, the brands you carry, your territory and one example room, because a real room is the fastest way to give you a straight answer.
Integrators, distributors, rental and staging companies and camera manufacturers each have their own page, and each page says what the program asks of a partner and what it gives back.
You are already using it
Go to the support page. It says what support covers, how to reach it today and what to include so the first reply is the useful one.
Billing questions, including cancellation, are answered there too, and the account and confirmation email carry the billing link.
Press, trademarks and everything else
Send it through the check-your-setup form with a line saying what it is about, and it is routed to the right person. A dedicated address for press and legal correspondence is published here once it is confirmed rather than guessed at.
Manufacturer names on this site identify compatible equipment and are the trademarks of their owners. No endorsement is implied.
