Put it through a real rehearsal and a real production.
We confirm your camera setup and help you plan a useful evaluation before it starts. Choose two weeks that include a rehearsal and two productions, or, for a venue, the tech week and opening of a show. Your evaluation runs fourteen days from the day your setup is confirmed. No card is needed to start. At the end you choose monthly, annual or perpetual, or you stop, and we say so plainly in writing before either happens.
Why two weeks, and why those dates
A flight is an authored camera move, with a planned route, framing and pace from departure through landing. Preparing one and running it are two different days, and two weeks that cover a rehearsal and two productions give you both.
Judge the camerawork the way your team will meet it: composed by the person who prepares the show, run by the person on the desk that night. Two weeks with nothing scheduled in them tell you very little, so pick the dates first and start the clock against them.
Before it starts
Tell us the camera makes and models, how they are controlled, the computer that will run the software and the network between them. We answer with the compatibility tier that applies to your room, and we say why when a camera or a control path cannot do what you want.
That answer arrives before the evaluation begins, not during it. If the setup cannot support what you are trying to do, we say so, and you have not lost the two weeks finding out.
When a partner sells the room
Rooms are often specified and installed by a partner. When yours is, the partner books the rehearsal and the two productions with you, because they know the calendar and the load-in. We confirm the setup, and the fourteen days run from that confirmation.
The partner composes the first flights with the people who will run them, and stays your first call afterwards. We stand behind the software and answer the partner's team directly.
How it ends
At the end you choose monthly, annual or perpetual, or you stop. We put the choice and the date in writing before anything is charged and before anything stops, so neither ending is a surprise.
The plans and what each one covers are on the pricing page. If you buy through a partner, they quote the price per block; otherwise we quote it at your setup check.
