Partner program

Specify camerawork the client can run after you leave the site.

PTZ Composer is software that upgrades hardware you already own. A flight is an authored camera move, with a planned route, framing and pace from departure through landing. Put prepared flights in the design, commission them with the client watching, and hand over a room whose team can produce the same camerawork every week.

What you need from us

Software that upgrades hardware you already own

The heads stay where they are. PTZ Composer plans and performs the movement those cameras can produce, so the line on your proposal is software and commissioning rather than a new fleet. It runs on macOS and on Windows, and one license covers either.

Demonstration, deployment, handoff

Three visits, one packet. What to show in the demonstration, what to record at deployment, and what the handoff leaves behind: the license holder, the room, the installer, the operating contact and who answers the first support call.

Who owns billing and activation

Decide before checkout whether you hold the license and the activation or the end customer does. We record the payer, the room and the support contact against the account, and we bill the party you name. Neither arrangement changes the price.

A spec sheet you can attach to a design

One document: the licensing unit, the operating systems, the network and control paths, the two compatibility answers, and how customer data is handled. Written to be attached to a proposal and forwarded to a client's IT department.

The tested-combination table

A camera model, its firmware, the control path we flew it on and the date of the recording. The table is short today and it grows with each bench recording, so quote from it and the room you specify is a room we have already flown.

How it works in your business

Qualify one customer room

Start with a room you already serve. Send us the camera makes and models, how they are controlled and the computer that will run the software, and we tell you which of the two compatibility answers applies before you write the quote.

Run a supported demonstration

We support the demonstration you give that customer, on their cameras or on your own bench. We compose the first flights with you, and we help you choose the two weeks that follow, so the client judges the camerawork in their own room.

Refer the room and keep the relationship

Referral comes first. You hold the client, the installation and the training under your own agreement, and you charge for that work as you do today. We stand behind the software and answer your team directly.

Program terms

What a partner does

You qualify the room, specify the cameras and the control path, install the system, compose the first flights with the people who will run them, and hold the client relationship afterwards.

What we do

We confirm compatibility before you quote, support your demonstration, answer your team during deployment and after handover, and say plainly when a camera or a control path cannot do what the room needs.

Lead routing

When a room asks us for a partner, we introduce one who works that segment and that region. When a room names you, or reaches us through you, it stays with you. Tell us about an opportunity before you quote it.

Evaluation scheduling

The evaluation runs fourteen days from the day the setup is confirmed. You book the rehearsal and the two productions with the client, and we confirm the setup so the two weeks start on a date that suits the room.

Discount, certification and territory

The partner schedule is published on this page when a distribution or reseller agreement is signed. Today you make nothing on the license itself; you keep the installation, commissioning and training revenue. We would rather leave the line blank than publish a number we have to withdraw.

Questions

How is it licensed when I put it in a quote?

By block of up to four cameras. A fifth camera needs a second block on the same plan, and one client's blocks span rooms and sites. The three ways to pay are on the pricing page, and we put a written quote against a named project.

Who owns billing and activation, us or the client?

Whichever you decide before checkout. Some estates want the license on the integrator's account through the support term; others want it on the client's. We record the payer, the room and the support contact either way.

What do you need from us to confirm a room?

The camera makes and models, how they are controlled, the computer that will run the software, the network between them, and what the client wants the camerawork to do. We answer with the compatibility tier that applies.

Can we run a demonstration on our own bench?

Yes. Tell us which cameras your demonstration room holds and we confirm the control path before you build the stand. A demonstration room is an evaluation of our software, not a deployment record for a customer site.

What margin or discount does the program pay?

The partner schedule is published on this page when a distribution or reseller agreement is signed. Until then the relationship is a referral one: you make nothing on the license itself and you keep your installation, commissioning and training revenue under your own agreement.

Who supports the client after handover?

You hold the client relationship and the first call. We stand behind the software, answer your team directly, and tell you when something is a camera limit rather than a setting, so a room's questions do not arrive as a surprise.

Is there a certification or training requirement?

Nothing is gated behind a certificate today. The requirement, if the program adds one, is published on this page with the rest of the schedule when a distribution or reseller agreement is signed.
