Partner program

Prepared camerawork that travels with the kit.

A flight is an authored camera move, with a planned route, framing and pace from departure through landing. Compose the flights a venue needs once, keep them with the venue, and let a head that has already been measured fly the same way on the next job without starting again.

What you need from us

A measured head stays measured

When a camera has been set up on one machine, it travels to the next job as a single item you import. The head flies the same way on arrival, so the truck does not carry an afternoon of setup with it every time the kit moves.

Fast setup on a hired head

A head arriving from sub-hire is set up on site and measured in minutes. The software says plainly whether it can fly what the show needs, and it says why when it cannot, which is an answer you can give the client before doors.

A crew that changes every show

The person who prepares the camerawork and the person who runs it are rarely the same freelancer. Prepared flights survive that change: the operator cues a move that was composed and rehearsed, instead of improvising it on the night.

A show file per venue

Keep the flights for a hall with the hall. The same room hosts a conference in March and a gala in June; the reveal from the back wall to the lectern is composed once and cued by whoever is on the desk that week.

Both a tool and a line on the invoice

Run it on your own productions, then quote it as part of the package the client hires. The license covers a block of up to four cameras, and one company's blocks span jobs and sites rather than being tied to a single install.

How it works in your business

Start with one recurring venue

Choose a hall you return to. Compose the moves the events there always need, run them through a rehearsal and two productions, and see what a returning crew can do with them on the second booking.

Put the flights in the pack list

The flights leave with the cameras and come back with them. A venue's prepared camerawork becomes part of what you bring, in the same way a plot or a show file is, and the second visit starts where the first one finished.

Sell the camerawork, not the software

Clients hire a result. Quote prepared camerawork as part of the package, keep the license on your account, and give the client's team a cue list rather than a joystick they have never held.

Program terms

What a rental partner does

You hold the license, run the software on your own jobs, compose the flights a venue needs, and bill the camerawork inside the package your client hires. You decide what the client's own team touches.

What we do

We confirm which cameras in your inventory fly and which control paths work, help you compose the first venue's flights, and answer your crew during a show week rather than after it.

Lead routing

When a production company or a venue asks us for someone who can run this on a job, we introduce a partner working in that region. When a client names you, the room stays with you.

Evaluation scheduling

The evaluation runs fourteen days from the day the setup is confirmed. Book it across a rehearsal and two productions, or across a venue's tech week and opening, so the two weeks cover a real load-in.

Discount, margin, certification and territory

The partner schedule is published on this page when the first distribution agreement is signed. We would rather leave the line blank than publish a number we have to withdraw.

Questions

Do the flights survive moving a camera to another job?

The prepared camerawork and what the software learned about the head travel together. A move composed for a venue belongs to that venue's stage; take the head elsewhere and it still flies, and you compose the new hall's moves on arrival.

What happens when a sub-hired head is a model you have never used?

It is set up on site. If it speaks a control language we work with, the software measures it in minutes and tells you whether it can fly what the show needs. A refusal names its reason before you are on the clock.

Can a freelance operator run this without training?

An operator who can run a preset panel can cue a prepared flight. The person composing the moves needs a rehearsal with the software; the person running the show needs a cue list and a controller they already know.

How is it licensed for a company with a big inventory?

By block of up to four cameras, counted across your jobs and sites. You add a block when a job puts a fifth camera under the software, rather than buying against every head on the shelf. The plans are on the pricing page.

Can we bill this to the client as part of the hire?

Yes. You hold the license and quote the camerawork inside your package. We do not require the end client to hold an account, and we do not contact your client behind the hire.

Which computer runs it on site?

A Mac or a Windows machine in the rack or at the desk, on the same network as the cameras. One license covers either platform, so the shop can build the case around the computer you already tour.
